Thermalex’s MPE tubes are crafted using precision extrusion processes that enhance thermal conductivity and heat transfer capabilities. Ideal for use in EV's battery cooling, automotive and HVAC systems, these tubes are constructed from high-quality aluminum, ensuring lightweight yet robust performance. Common alloys are 1000, 3000 series as well as long-life alloys.

Thermalex offers a variety of corrosion protection solutions, including Zinc Arc Spray, Alloy coatings, and proprietary Super Brazer Line (SBL) coatings. The SBL coatings are widely used by our automotive customers  to braze the condensing units, SBL coatings promote brazing without additional flux and reduce zinc concentration in the fin-to-tube joint, which translates into energy cost and labor savings. SBL is and has been a customer favorite for years.
