Thermalex was founded in 1985 in Montgomery, Alabama, as a joint venture between Thermal Components and Mitsubishi Aluminum. In August 2023 Dubal Extrusion Investment (DEI) announced the acquisition of Thermalex merging it into Dubal Holding group as an effort to satisfy customer needs in the North American region. Since then, Thermalex has been extruding aluminum heat transfer shapes. We have become a symbol of world leadership in the extrusion of precision aluminum shapes. Our pioneering work in the automotive and commercial/residential HVAC markets continues.
