What We Do:
Since 1985, Thermalex has been extruding complicated aluminum heat transfer shapes.
Mitsubishi Aluminum's parent role in Thermalex constitutes not only ownership, but also active world-renowned metallurgical and extrusion die expertise.  Thermalex has become a symbol of world leadership in the extrusion of precision aluminum shapes. Our pioneering work in the automotive and commercial/residential markets continues.

Five state-of-the-art high capacity extrusion presses produce some of the world's most intricate and challenging profiles, to the most rigid tolerance specifications of our highly technical thermal transfer customers. Our fifth extrusion press will serve upcoming parallel flow brazed aluminum microchannel heat exchanger demand for the commercial and residential products of the HVACR industry. Old copper tube heat transfer technologies are just not able to compete with the new thermal transfer capabilities of Thermalex Micro-Flow® extruded aluminum tubing. Today's HVACR demands for higher efficiency and smaller, lower cost products are a key driver for this new Thermalex microchannel market.

Extrusions are available in Aluminum Association Alloys 1050, 1070, 1100, 3102, 3003, 6061, GS38, and Thermalex long life alloys, MR162 and MX171, and supplied as either cut-to-length or level-wound extruded coils.

The Thermalex TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Program assures continual improvements in engineering, production, maintenance, customer service and shipping. Thermalex strives to produce the finest micro tube extrusions available, while continually improving our processes and extrusion efficiencies. The results are highly competitive products for the global marketplace that meet our customers' specifications and objectives.
